When will my order ship?
How soon we ship depends on the piece. Items from our Outlet are ready to go and ship quickly. Made-to-order furniture is hand-oiled in your chosen finish after you order, so it needs a little more time — we'll always give you a clear estimate. To ship responsibly, we sometimes group orders into set dispatch days instead of sending single parcels every day. Orders placed over the weekend start processing on the next business day. Everything ships flat-packed via FedEx.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Please note that international delivery times vary depending on location, and depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply.

Product
How are the product materials sourced?
We source our materials responsibly and, wherever we can, locally — supporting other small businesses close to us. Our furniture is built from birch plywood and finished with hand-applied natural oils in our own workshop in Poznań, Poland.
How accurate are the colors shown in your photos?
The colours in our photos are very close to the real thing. But wood is a natural material — its tone varies from board to board, and even depending on when the timber was harvested. These slight differences are completely normal and part of the character of solid plywood. A finish sample gives you a good feel for a colour, though the exact tone will always vary a little from piece to piece.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We pack every order with great care, so damage in transit is rare. If it does happen, let us know through our Contact page — a quick photo helps. We'll look into it straight away and do everything we can to find a solution you're happy with, as fast as possible.
