Tall handmade wooden bookcase - custom layout, drawers or cabinets

This is the “whole wall sorted” bookcase. Big, practical, and built to actually live with you - open shelves for everyday stuff, plus closed storage for everything you don’t want to see all the time.

We build each one made to order in our own workshop in Europe. We use high-quality certified wood sourced in Finland, then we hand-finish every part with a non-toxic, matte hard-wax oil. The “smooth as silk” thing isn’t marketing - it’s what happens when someone takes the time with the finish instead of rushing pieces through a factory line.

The useful part - this system is modular, so we can tweak it to fit how you live:

• Want more drawers and fewer cabinets? We can swap cabinet modules for drawers (or the other way around).

• Planning to use the centre bay for a TV? Tell us your TV size (and ideally the stand width or distance between the legs) and we’ll adjust the opening so it fits properly, not “almost”.

• If you’re working with a specific wall, message us - we can sketch a quick layout so you see what works before you order.

And when you write with questions, you’ll feel there’s a real person on the other side who actually reads what you need and replies like a human.
