Mid-century bookcase 140 cm with drawers

Open shelving above a bank of drawers on Blum runners. The drawers take everything that does not stack — paperwork, cables, stationery — while books stay visible above.

What it solves

Drawers, not doors you see the contents from above instead of reaching into a cupboard.
Soft-close Blum runners on every drawer.
Two widths 51 or 74 cm.

Options

Width: 51 cm (20.07") or 74 cm (29.13")
The distance between the shelves is 23 cm / 48 cm in taller spaces

More finishes available. The picker shows our seven standard colours; the full palette is in the sampler image in the gallery. For any other shade from it, enter your choice in the Personalization field when ordering.

This bookshelf is excellent craftsmanship and adds a great touch of mid-century modern style. It’s a really impressive piece of furniture.

I've had my shelves for around a month now (I bought three), and I have to say this is a remarkably beautiful and well-designed set of furniture! The quality of the wood is top-notch, very hard and durable. I bought a nice shelf-desk from West Elm at a slightly higher price point around a year ago, and I can tell you PWoodPro's quality BLOWS that piece out of the WATER. The finish on the wood is gorgeous in the light, the cabinets and drawers are all whisper-close, assembly was so intuitive I didn't even need written directions, and because of the modular system it'll be pretty easy to move to a new place. The pieces came packaged extremely securely, absolutely bomb-proof, and with an additional small (candy) gift that was greatly appreciated and very delicious. :)
