- Three shelves – three open shelves above, a clean run of worktop on both arms, with 48 cm of clearance under the bottom shelf.
- One drawer, two shelves – two shelves instead of three, deliberately, to open the clearance to 73 cm for a taller monitor; a single drawer mounts under the return.
- Two drawers and a cabinet – three shelves above plus a closed cabinet in the upper bay for what you'd rather not display, with a two-drawer module under the return.
The footprint is 130 × 177.5 cm, the main top 125 cm and the return 126 cm, at a comfortable 78 cm worktop height and 49 cm depth (a deeper 65 cm return is available to order). The return mounts on either side – tell us left or right when you order. One tip: measure your monitor first, because the standard build leaves 48 cm under the bottom shelf; if your screen is tall, choose the two-shelf version or just send us the height and we'll confirm which fits.
Not going corner? Desks with shelves or drawers
The same built-in thinking runs through the straight desks, if a corner isn't what your room wants:
- A desk with shelves – the Maxi (190 cm) and Midi (140 cm) carry open shelves above the worktop on a single straight footprint – the bookcase-desk idea in a narrower space.

Scale the idea up and the desk becomes part of a wall. What is a desk with a bookcase?
It's a single made-to-order piece where open shelves rise above the worktop, so your workspace and your library share one footprint and one frame. Ours comes as a corner (L-shape) desk with the bookcase built in, or as straight desks with shelves above – no separate bookcase to buy or drill in.
Will a monitor fit under the shelves?

Can I have the return on the left or the right?
